As an Executive Assistant, you will provide support for the President of Hunt Oil Company. In this capacity you will be asked to assist with the following functions:
• Anticipate HOC President’s day-to-day job demands and help to facilitate his job functions
• Find solutions and solve problems prior to the President’s involvement
• Compose and type letters, memos and reports and distribute correspondence
• Screen all incoming calls, handling requests when possible and appropriate
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Perform administrative duties including mail distribution, telephone support and conference room set-up for meetings
• Maintain calendars
• Make travel and meeting arrangements
• Maintain calendar for the floor’s main conference room
• Coordinate luncheons and other events
Specific Requirements:
Requirements:
• High School graduate with some college preferred
• 10+ years of executive support experience
• Must possess a high degree of professionalism in conduct, attitude and appearance
• Ability to interface well with all levels of personnel, particularly other senior officers and their assistants
• Detail oriented self-starter with excellent communication/organizational skills
• Ability to initiate and handle multiple priority projects concurrently
• Must possess a strong sense of urgency and confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel. PowerPoint is also desirable
• Superior interpersonal skills
