Resource Geologist

My client is a private mining company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of one of the largest holding companies in the middle east. They are currently searching for a Resource Geologist to join their team, to be engaged in the exploration and development of copper & gold deposits.

What you will need to be successful for this role is:

• A recognized university degree
• 5 or more years experience as a Resource Geologist
• Scheduling & implementation of near-mine resource drilling
• Data validation for resource estimation
• Assisting in technical projects and the assessment of new technologies for future ore treatment options
• The ability to supervise and mentor staff.
• Good communication skills & cultural sensitivity
• Experience with the relevant GIS and Mine software
• 2 relevant employment References

The ideal candidate, you will be an experienced hard rock geosciences professional with substantial experience in resource development and modeling
