Our client is seeking to employ Civil Designers to work on major projects located at their Brisbane office, reporting to the Lead Civil Designer, you will be responsible for:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Undertaking design/drafting functions liaising with engineers
Participating in the development of design concepts through to detailed engineering drawings & documentation
Preparing drawings and other associated forms of data in a clear and concise manner using the design input provided
Working to corporate, client and project specific procedures, standards and work instructions as required
Assisting in the preparation of digital terrain models
Qualifications & Experience:

Civil Engineering/Design/Drafting qualification
5 + years with civil design/drafting experience with engineering contracting or consultancy organisations in the mining/resource development or minerals processing industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good general computer literacy
Must have detailed design knowledge of civil design software packages such as Microstation, Inroads.
