My client in the Earthmoving Plant Hire field is seeking the services of a Sales Manager/Major Account Manager. This position has become available due to recent growth through success.

The main focus of this role will be two fold. You will have a Sales Team of around six personnel reporting to you and will be responsible for leading and business development assistance. In addition you will be managing major key accounts, maintaining and strengthening relationships. This truly is a demanding, challenging and highly rewarding opportunity.

The following skills and experience will be considered highly desirable for this role:

Earthmoving or Plant hire experience.
Account Management experience
Strong Sales Management ability and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
A can do and enthusiastic attitude.
