Port/Marine Engineer

We are currently seeking experienced Ports & Marine Engineers to work with the Infrastructure business unit of our Brisbane, servicing clients in the Mining, Industrial and Public Infrastructure markets.

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare design calculations, specifications and technical review of civil works associated with various projects
Preparation of engineering consultancy deliverables required by project briefs, to the required technical and professional standards as directed by the company
Conduct investigations, prepare reports/technical specifications, designs and contract documents
Possess excellent technical design skills in all facets of Civil Engineering design
Qualifications & Experience

Civil/Structural Engineering degree
Detailed engineering experience with engineering contracting or consultancy organisations working on Ports/Marine based projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good general computer literacy
Must be able to undertake feasibility studies and detail design tasks including the management of civil designers for projects
Must have detailed design knowledge of civil design software
Professional Engineer and CPEng registration preferred
