Details: Average of about 20 hours/week. We are flexible as far as scheduling goes as long as the time worked is between 7AM and 6PM, Mon thru Fri. -Work: Enter data from purchase orders, invoices and time cards based on account codes. Track purchase orders and notify lead engineers/shop foreman if an ordered item was not delivered as indicated on the PO. There will also be some general clerical duties such as occasionally answering the phone, or filing or copying.
Qualifications: A general knowledge of MS Excel is required - mainly dealing with the basics: addition, subtraction, adding rows or columns, etc.A general knowledge of MS word and basic typing skills are also required.
