Electrical Maintenance

Our client is looking for individuals looking not only for an excellent current opportunity - but for a chance to expand their careers with this growing company.
Responsibilities:
Lead the maintenance effort for a large industrial facility (i.e. you will be in charge of the “electrical shop”)
In charge of human and material resources to effect planned maintenance, repairs on all electrical areas the plant and mining areas of the facilities
In charge or resource and budget planning for your area
Trouble-shooting
Safety/compliance for self and for electrical maintenance technician, team and contractors
Coordinate with other departments and teams within the facility
Selection Criteria:
MUST HAVE 4-year degree in appropriate engineering discipline (electrical, mechanical, industrial, similar)
MUST HAVE 3-5 years of appropriate heavy industrial experience in a process-heavy industry (coal, industrial/manufacturing, energy, minerals, cement, lime, aggregates, etc).
Experience working in:
Heavy Industry
Minerals/Energy/Power Plants
Water/Wastewater
Similar
Must be computer literate (MS-Office, various engineering programs, SAP, etc)
Verifiable experience in managing process, people and budget
MUST be legal to work in the U.S. (resident or “green-card” holder)
