CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Edmonton, AB
Responsibilities
In this position, you will process and manage all phases of client parts orders, including delivery status, inventory control, returns and credits; monitor inventory levels on both ends to ensure productivity and cost-effectiveness; correspond daily with regional customers to ensure superior service; interact with field staff and service technicians to coordinate internal remanufacturing and repairs; coordinate warranty claims; and provide backup for related regional functions.
Qualifications
Requires strong self-management, initiative and organizational skills, with ability to establish priorities and resolve obstacles; proficiency with MS Office products and SAP for database development, plus knowledge of Link One and SAP R3 for referencing parts; knowledge of warehouse duties including pull, pack and ship, and forklift operation; good systematic thinking skills for large-scale inventory processing; solid communication and presentation skills; and availability to work overtime or be on-call on a rotational basis as needed.
