We are currently looking for an Exploration Geologist with 3 – 5 years to join one of WA's biggest and brightest exploration / iron ore producers. The position is based in the Pilbara region and you will be working on a 2 & 1 FIFO roster. As Exploration Geologist you will be required to:

Design, implement and manage Exploration drilling programs in accordance with client procedures and OH & S guidelines.

Supervision of Drilling, Earthmoving, Surveying and Environmental contractors as required.

Supervision and Direction of Field Assistants and assist Senior Field Supervisor as required.

Field mapping, rock chip sampling, diamond core and RC logging, Geological interpretations including working sections and wireframing in SURPAC.

Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting as well as Drill program reporting.

Ideally you will have 3 - 5 years experience in a similiar role. You must have the ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug screen. In addition you will need to demonstrate the following:

Tertiary Degree in Geology
High level communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff
A commitment to Safety, Health and Quality principles
Current driver's license & Senior First Aid qualification
Australian Permanent Residency
