Mt Keith Operation is located 700 kilometres north east of Perth in the Northern Goldfields. Mt Keith Operation is a surface mining operation with an open pit and concentrator plant surrounded by pastoral stations, with the nearest townships being Leinster and Wiluna.

These are rare opportunities to be part of Mt Keith’s Production and Maintenance teams as the site transitions into an “Owner - Operator” mine. Employees at Mt Keith have an active role in developing and maintaining the systems and procedures to ensure safety, production and a continuing high standard of operations. Currently the Production and Maintenance teams work a 2:1 FIFO roster, though by July 2010 this will change to an 8:6/7:7 lifestyle roster. We are currently looking at ways to bring this forward.
