Business Excellence Manager

Applications are sought from highly motivated professionals with demonstrated problem solving skills and experience to fill the role of Business Excellence Manager at Mt Arthur Coal. You will identify and lead Improvement activities managing a team of Six Sigma improvement coaches in delivering bottom line benefits.

You will also be accountable for coordinating Business Planning activities, compiling key site performance reporting data, leading benchmarking processes, data collection and analysis activities.

To be considered for this role, you need to have a strong knowledge of improvement methodologies including Six Sigma and Lean with experience in managing improvement projects to achieve better business outcomes. As such, you will have excellent implementation and influencing skills coupled with strong analytical and statistical skills and have a broad knowledge of mining practices.

You will also have experience in Business Case Evaluation, and Risk Management practices.

You are degree qualified, and a post-graduate qualification will enhance your suitability.
