Our client, a market leader in Building Services provisions offering their clients project solutions in the areas of automation, security controls and ongoing maintenance contracts are now seeking to develop their Building Services Division.
Due to additional major contract success and a greater need for quality high end project delivery a position has been created for a Senior Project Manager. Managing projects across the Commercial, Retail and Industrial Environments with value up to and in some cases exceeding $2 million the main purpose of the role will be to plan, co-ordinate and control the design, procurement and construction phases of allocated projects to ensure completion in accordance with requirements.
The primary responsibilities of the role will be as follows; Provide leadership and direction in order to fulfill contractual commitments and maximize profits. Plan and execute the subdivisions within the projects. Manage and lead a team of Project Engineers and Commissioning Technicians whilst also referring any major issues to the BAS Project Leader or Branch Manager.
Along with the main responsibilities the successful candidate will also be accountable for customer billings, supplier invoices along with developing in house personnel. The ideal candidate will have exposure and experience in working closely and building relationships with customers, sub contractors and systems teams.
Applicants will hold relevant trade qualifications with at least 3 years experience coupled with excellent knowledge of building control systems and previous experience within the construction industry.
For the right candidate the company can offer exposure to the best projects within the industry along with a remuneration package of $110k.
