Due to internal promotions and movement within the company the opportunity for a professional and organised Service Manager has arisen in their Melbourne branch.
You are a highly motivated Service Manager who is committed to delivering quality customer service at all times. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to lead a workshop whilst providing on-going development and training for personnel, is vital in driving the growth of the business forward. The successful candidate must be a strong team player with excellent relationship building skills. A positive attitude and commitment to all areas of service and operations is essential.
As the Service Manager you will be responsible for the management of service contracts including parts, cost control, servicing invoicing and branch profitability. You will also maintain a high level of focus in implementing Occupational Health and Safety as well as Environmental Health and Safety procedures at all times.
The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified or have a trade background with considerable experience working with mobile mining equipment. Someone who has worked in a similar position with heavy earthmoving equipment would also be considered. You must also have proven experience in leading and guiding a team of workshop and site based service personnel, including administrators.
