This is your opportunity to become part of a global EPCM Company renowned worldwide for its involvement in complex projects as they undertake a very large Alumina Refinery expansion in Gladstone.

Due to the size and nature of this project, our client is seeking to engage an experienced Lead Mechanical Field Engineer. Taking advantage of this fantastic opportunity would mean you are involved in a long term project that has construction go ahead, a role that is supported by a professional global network, and has excellent management systems in place.

This is a pro active leadership role that commands a high level of interaction with other engineers and designers from various disciplines. You will be expected to provide technical guidance and insure work is carried out in accordance with project procedures.

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager this world class career opportunity would ideally suit a Mechanical Engineer with previous experience in a lead or senior level site role, as well as: –

Experience in Heavy Industry, Minerals Processing or Oil & Gas Knowledge of Australian Construction Standards Understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety obligations An attractive remuneration package is available and includes $120K base salary (40 hours per week) + overtime + superannuation. Non locals will be provided with housing. Non locals coming to site without family may also have the option of monthly return flights home.
