We are looking for an analytical thinker who is able to multitask. Possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills you will demonstrate proven coaching, mentoring and leadership skills, be performance driven, and exhibit a track record of achievement with Business Improvement projects. Degree qualifications and experience working within a mine site or processing facility and Six Sigma/Lean exposure will be highly regarded.
If you are willing to step outside of your traditional role and area of and develop your leadership skills by taking on the challenge of leading a group of people to leave your mark on a world class operation then a Black Belt role may be just what you are looking for.
