A copper/uranium mine, Olympic Dam is located 560 kilometres north of Adelaide and processes ore through to final, refined products of international standing - all on the one site.

Reporting to the Manager Engineering, you will provide asset-wide leadership in the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects, individually, up to $20m in value. The role requires a strong blend of technical, commercial and relational expertise that brought together can win the respect of exacting clients in an often demanding operational context.

Think Requirements
Your experience has ideally been in a Mining / Manufacturing environment characterized by best practice where you have proven your ability to think and act strategically and implement effectively. Your superior communication and relationship building skills are paramount in ensuring your success in this role. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, you must feel comfortable in working both with site management, operations personnel and various contractors. Previous experience with BHP Billiton systems will be well regarded.
