Civil Project Engineer

Brisbane based Site Project Perm Role Leading Contractor
My client is a leading civil contracting company that is involved in many major roads, tunnels, large dam projects, bridges, structures, bus ways and mining projects throughout QLD. Due to continued growth this year they now require a Project Engineer to join their Brisbane based team. As a permanent member of the team you will enjoy the freedom to move across their world-class projects and engage in new challenges and opportunities.

As Project Engineer you will report directly to the Project Manager and will assist with budget preparation and reporting, liaising and negotiating with clients and suppliers as well as organising, designing and implementing temporary works and infrastructure. You will be preparing work packages, documentation and quality requirements for tender by potential subcontractors.

To be successful in this role you will:

Hold a Bachelor of Engineering Possess previous construction experience in AustraliaPossess strong interpersonal, client management and cost control skills Have the ability to prepare and maintain programsPossess tendering processes and procedure knowledge
