MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS
Mine Air Systems, Calgary, AB
Responsibilities
Assembling components to produce air conditioning units, you will be involved in gasketing and insulating the air conditioning units; cutting and drilling metal brackets; and installing components in units. May involve some brazing of copper pipe and electrical assembly (depending on aptitude).
Qualifications
Candidates must possess mechanical aptitude; ability to use a drill press or mill drill; and knowledge of basic hand tools and some knowledge of air tools. Must also have the ability to work and communicate well with co-workers, and be able to read part drawings and follow work procedures. Experience brazing copper pipe would be an asset (not required), and diligently adhere to P&H Safety Awareness and Focus on Safe Work Practices.
