REGIONAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST – ELECTRICAL
Fort McMurray, AB
Responsibilities
As regional expert for electrical technology product support, you will interface with members of the Manufacturing, Product Engineering, and Product Support Groups; and act as an OEM representative to customers and trainer to service engineers regarding new technology installations, troubleshooting and maintenance. Duties also include resolving electrical system problems, developing and implementing machine upgrades, installing software/hardware upgrades, and creating field service reports and product incident reports. Some travel required.
Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma and electrical apprenticeship, 5 years’ mining experience, knowledge of a diverse range of engineering control systems as well as AC/DC theory and power conversion, PC proficiency, willingness to travel, and ability to work long hours, weekends and nights as needed.
