This Public Sector multidisciplinary consultancy prides itself on its focus on sustainability, fostering cultural awareness and delivering best practice and quality design to all its projects.

Due to internal movements the Water & Environment Group now have an opening for an Senior Environmental Engineer to join their busy team.

You will work as a part of a larger group of Environmenal & Engineering specialists responisble for contributing to the protection and enhancement of local waterways in and around the greater brisbane area and in turn benefiting the urban environment.

You will contribute to;

Urban Creek erosion rehabilitation Natural Channel Design Fish Passage Sustainable stormwater management strategies and design Retrofitting Water Sensitive Urban Design Your expertise will be utilised across three main areas including Waterway Health Enhancement, Stormwater Management and Integrated Water Cycle Planning offering you true diversity of work.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you;

have RPEQ or that you are able to obtain this within 6 months of entering the role - support will be available for you to achieve this. Proven experience liaising both internally and with external contractors managing stormwater and waterway health within an urban environment Significant proven experience in feasibility to construction, delivering value for money and producing quality products within stormwater and waterways managment In exchange for your expertise our client is not only offering an excellent salary package but also additional benefits such as;
