United Group Resources is part of United Group Limited, one of Australia's largest companies, employing approximately 40,000 people globally. We provide engineering, design, project management, construction, fabrication, shutdown, and electrical/mechanical services to the Australian Resources sector. This includes the mining & mineral processing, chemicals, oil & gas and industrial processing industries.

United Group Resources is growing rapidly and we require a Proposals Assistant to join our team to help with the workload coming through.

In this fast-paced role you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Proposals Coordinators in the preparation of tenders.

Your day to day duties will include:
Assisting the Proposals Coordinator in the tender compilation and submission Formatting CV’s Liaise with Executive Assistants for scheduling Manager Meetings Establish new tender file in the shared directory Prepare tender document hard copy folders Print and collate the final tender documentation Assist the Proposals Coordinator in tender close-out and document archiving To be successful in this position you will have at least 3 years experience in an Administrative Support role, have the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines AND an enthusiastic attitude is a must!

Advanced Word and Excel along with excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Sound knowledge of Lotus Notes and SAP will be highly regarded.
