Our client is looking for a Senior Traffic Engineer to lead and manage the Traffic and Transport team for Queensland.

In order to be eligible for this role your will need to possess the following:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering

At least 10-15 years' relevant experience

RPEQ and CPEng or eligibility for RPEQ and CPEng

Right to work status in Australia (no visa sponsorships on offer at this point)

A demonstrable track record in traffic engineering

In order to excel in this role you will need to possess the following:

A drive to achieve and exceed set objectives as well as meet deadlines

The ability to work well as part of a team, take accountability and lead by example

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent programme management and problem solving ability
