This is a rare opportunity to live and work in Northern NSW with a leading regional consultancy. We are looking for an experienced and talented individual to lead the structural design team of 5, on a diverse range of projects ranging from manufacturing facilities, hotels & resorts, commercial developments, schools, bespoke homes and medical facilities.

This is a senior opportunity within the business, so you will need to be someone with the skills and confidence to make an immediate impact. You will be a tertiary qualified structural engineer with experience in the design of buildings and a good knowledge of structural steelwork, reinforced concrete, site & building surveys. Excellent report writing and communication skills are essential, as is strong commercial acumen for success in this position.

This is a rarely offered work/life balance opportunity which provides a platform for professional and personal fulfillment within a highly respected consultancy. For the first 12 months, you will be an Associate, but the career path here is for the senior partner position for the business, with equity and the salary that would accompany such a role.
