Production Supervisor South Africa
Production Supervisor is urgently required to work with an mining industry leader in providing certified products and unmatched technical expertise in hydraulic manufacturing and repair. The successful candidate will plan, direct and coordinate work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products and repairs in accordance with cost, quality and quantity specifications. Duties include developing budgets and approve expenditures for supplies and materials; review operations and confer with staff to resolve production or processing problems. Prepare and maintain production reports. Review costing on all project jobs. Perform other duties as may be assigned. Must have Industrial management experience. Must have technology background with trouble shooting capabilities. Must be able to organize work flow, delegate work and schedule personnel. Good computer, people and communications skills required. Mechanic welding and fabrication experience a plus.

Experience 5+yrs Mining experience is a must.
Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
