Mid Tier building contractors are a plenty in Brisbane at the moment, however not many companies out there boast the reputation and pedigree of this award winning builder. With a record amount of projects underway and new ones about to kick off they are looking to add to their already successful team. Where this company win everytime is with their culture from site teams through to commercial staff everyone works well together across the board with one objective:
To get the project completed with minimum fuss.
The portfolio of projects they undertake range in size from $5m - $50m, varying from Commercial, Retail, Refurb and some Apartments. All the work they do is within the greater Brisbane area.
Due to expansion they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager. Ideally you will have worked for either a Mid Tier as a Project Manager or come from a Top Tier and be looking for more autonomy in your role? You will be required to oversee upto 4 projects at any one time, ensuring that they are on target with deadlines and are delivered within the cost budgeted.
In return you will be offered an exceptional salary package + benefits + bonuses. You will also be given the full support of a complete team of contract administrators and admin staff from the office.
