This multifaceted role is working for a global contractor with a list of high profile clientele. Handling a variety of minor/capital works projects comprising of refurbishments, extensions and capital upgrades, you will be involved in managing the successful delivery of multiple projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

Successful delivery of projects to the required quality, schedule and budget
Developing trust and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships within a project
Undertaking detailed planning and scheduling of the project and manage resource allocation
Responsible for a project team of multi-skilled employees
OH&S and EH&S responsibilities
Devising and implementing risk management programs and manage overall project risk
Budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning
Strong knowledge of the BCA

The successful candidate will have a proven background in working in Project Management in the Construction and Property industry. You will have a construction, engineering and/or appropriate technical qualification and handled a variety of different projects across various disciplines. Excellent computer, written and oral communication and negotiation skills are required.
