This is an excellent opportunity to manage an engineering division of 3-4 staff for a international civil construction organisation.

Based in Perth, reporting in to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of estimation for small to major civil and/or mining projects. This will include corporate client liaisons, completing analytical tasks and being the head negotiator and point of contact during the pre-tender stages of any given project.

You will be offered an attractive salary package, with benefits including vehicle allowance, mobile phone plus more.

You will need the following:

* Excellent negotiating skills and experience
* The ability to establish good relationships with new and existing clients
* A minimum of seven years experience as an estimator
* A good understanding of site operations prior to estimating

Salary depends on experience bit will be in the region of $150 - $200k + benefits. Salaries outside that range can be considered for those with exceptional levels of experience.
