Having been in operation for over 80 years, our client employs over 2000 people and is currently listed on the ASX. With a variety of interests in the energy sector across the Asia pacific region they have become a major supplier to many homes across Australia. Due to a new project they are seeking a construction manager to be based in their melbourne office with the following skills and experience.

* Trade or tertiary qualifications
* 10 year plus off experience
* Industrial relations knowledge
* Worked as a client side/EPCM construction manager
* Ability to drive construction and commissioning
* Able to liaise with consultancies and contractors
* Managed and mentored teams
* Excellent communication skills
