Seeking the best in there related fields this national company has an opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to join the senior management team on a number of high profile mixed use and medium density projects.

Reporting to the Operations Manager your critical tasks will include managing the performance of external consultants and the internal delivery team against cost, time and quality parameters. Challenges will be responsible for managing an extensive team and working with partnering stakeholders on a $300million dollar plus project pipeline.

A career that demonstrates extensive experience within the residential and commercial D&C construction sector would be highly regarded with a career path that would include extensive project management skills and proven performances. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a construction or engineering discipline would be valued but long term industry tenure would also be considered.
