About the Job

Four well known tier 3 contractors who specialise in building commercial and education projects ranging from $1M to $6M are looking for experienced Foreman.​
The need has arisen due to the NSW stimulus school packages that are being released.​ They are looking for experienced Foreman that are capable of running small projects ranging from $500K to $6M, experience working on schools is not essential but a strong commercial background is essential.​ Ideally you will have worked for a well known builder in Sydney and come from a trade background.​
Reporting to the Project Manager with Leading Hands and trades reporting into you, you will be responsible for the overall control and management of the site, this will include all OH&S on site, weekly meetings with the client and co-ordination of all trades and having the ability to follow drawings and plans efficiently.​
These 4 well established builders are offering contracts for anything up to a year and will be paying anything from $40-$50 per hour.​
