This well established builder who was founded over 18 years ago and specialise in the commercial, industrial and education sectors are in need of an experienced Contracts Administrator to be based in their head office which his situated in the Parramatta area.

They have recently been successful in winning several projects for the School stimulus package which has created a heavy work load. The projects you will be involved with will generally value around the $3M to $8M mark and you will have tight deadlines to meet. You will be responsible for all variations, assisting the Project Manager cost reports and programming for the projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to fast track to Project Manager.

To be successful for this role you will need to have experience working with commercial projects of a similar value and have worked for a known builder in the Sydney market. You will come from a Construction Management degree background and have at least 3 years experience as a Contract Administrator.
