This busy, popular, local Adelaide construction company requires a professional Project Manager to run several of their multimillion dollar projects. With a solid history in the Adelaide market they can offer a friendly environment in first class facilities.

Reporting to the Director, you will have a fairly autonomous role as a PM looking after BER and private sector projects. You will cover the traditional PM duties such as budgeting, scheduling, external liaison, as well as look after the associated contract administration duties to ensure accuracy and efficiency on projects.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have commercial construction project management experience at the $5m level, ideally you will also have a construction management qualification. You will have strong skills with Microsoft Project, and whilst not mandatory Cheops is an advantage. Lastly, you will be a self driven, switched on individual who can communicate well with people on all levels.
