This is a role where your communication skills are the key to success. Developing relationships with key stakeholders will ensure the smooth running of these projects. Able to influence at all levels you can pre-empt and avoid problems by liaising with and listening to those around you. Experience with Construction Orientated projects will ensure your success in this appealing role. With multiple opportunities available you will have at least 3 years experience in a project management role, but you may have significantly more. Developing comprehensive project plans, organising and liaising with internal and external stakeholders as well as assessing environmental and OH&S risks, will be some of your major tasks in this role. A dedicated exponent of standard project management methodologies, you are able to tailor your style to individual projects and teams.

Provided with an outcome you will develop and provide the path to success;

* developing supplier relationships
* liaising with critical stakeholders and aligned projects
* offering alternate options
* understanding relevant regulations;

as well as;

* providing procurement and resourcing strategies.

Based out of Melbourne you will be responsible for multiple projects both locally and interstate. With over 20 locations nationally, you will be available for travel as well as able to communicate your thoughts and ideas with teams on the ground.

Tertiary qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Civil Engineering or Construction you are looking to take on a role that will provide you with industry specific support and career development potential. PRINCE2, PMBOK or PMP experience is essential to this role. Ideally you have had some exposure to Environmental Management, Waste Management or Hazardous Materials Management and understand the complexities of waste disposal and local regulations.

You may have experience from infrastructure such as roads and rail projects, defence including defence housing, waste management, utilities, environmental management project, training facilities or site development, and/or commercial construction, including specialist office facilities, retail or industrial. Experience with training, aviation or fire facilities would be highly regarded.
