Experienced contract administrator required for $12M D&C project * One of Qld's most prominent mid-tier builders * Contract or Perm Opportunity

Recognised as one of the pioneers of true design and construct building services our client continues to expand in contrast to wider market trends.​ Due to internal capabilities covering both pre-construction and delivery activities, our client continues to win projects over standard hard dollar tender companies.​

This is an end-to-end contract working closely with a senior project manager.​ You will assist pre-construction phase activities including client management, solving buildability issues, coordinating design and programme solutions through to successful project delivery.​

The opportunity will provide secure employment for the next 6 months or alternatively a chance to develop your career with one of Qld?​s prominent mid-tier construction firms.​

If you possess a successful track record with a minimum of 5 years in a contract administration role, with commercial build experience in Queensland on works above $10M, we want to hear from you! You must be currently working in the commercial build market.​

The successful individual with have relevant tertiary qualifications, stable periods of tenure and exposure to projects ranging from $10M - $30M.​ You might be looking to step back from a top-tier company for improved working conditions and recognition, or alternatively be working for a strong mid-tier company at present.​
