Team Administrator - Metallurgical Coal

POSITION SYNOPSIS

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Diary and communications management including coordinating meetings and teleconferences.
* Call screening/call management with the taking and following up of messages in a timely and efficient manner,mindful of corporate protocols.
* Confidential word processing including drafting, formatting, proofreading and distributing documents, including monthly reports.
* Collate and prepare presentations, including collection and interpretation of data from key contacts.
* Foster constructive interactions within the MetCoal administrative team, leading by example.
* Co-ordinate travel, both domestic and international, including preparing itineraries and maintaining contact details.
* Co-ordinate the expense management process ie. AMEX and Visa for your team/s.
* Managing the induction process for department visitors and new employees in your team/s.
* Support for various team meetings via agenda preparation, meeting coordination, and preparation and distribution of meeting minutes.
* Planning, establishing, reviewing and utilisation of administrative systems/procedures. Being proactive on assessing needs on potential issues.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You will have a minimum of 5 years previous administration experience in a corporate environment. You will have advanced MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook skills along with well developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. You will be a team player with strong planning, priority setting and time management skills as well as the ability to work flexibly and autonomously.
