Think Purpose
You will be responsible for partnering with the Perth based Vice Presidents and Managers in order to effectively deliver generalist HR services.
In addition, and as a senior member of the HR function, you will either lead or be involved in Nickel West wide HR projects or cycle activities. In this regard, you will need to establish a strong relationship with both Perth and site HR and be recognised for your ability to plan and execute effectively.
Think Requirements
Technical expertise, coupled with sound judgement, communication and commercial acumen are essential, as is the ability to establish strong relationships with operational and HR teams (at all levels). It will be essential that you have demonstrated capability in managing change through effective planning, engagement and execution.
Given the deliverables and requirements of the role we regard this as a pathway to opportunities as a HR Manager. As such you will be able to demonstrate career progression to date that supports this combined with the ability to apply strategic thinking and planning.
In line with the role responsibilities we would expect that you have tertiary qualifications in HR / IR.
