Group Functions Information Management - Schedule Controller

The Group Functions’ Information Management team based in Singapore is realigning its structure to ensure the successful execution of the Information Management Strategy while supporting 1SAP in the operational environment and its defined operating model mandates.
As a result, two key positions have become available across the newly formed Projects and Operations Teams.
Schedule Controller (Projects)
Reporting to GM Projects this role will have single point accountability for managing the integrated plans across Group Functions’ Information Management, Commodity Groups (CSGs) Information Management and Outsourced Service Providers for Group IM projects. This role will be also responsible for ensuring integrated plans are updated to the BHP Billiton major Project standards and set at the level of granularity to effectively track project progress.
Schedule Controller (Operations)
Reporting to Engineering Manager this role will have single point accountability for managing the Integrated Plan across the various enhancements being implemented within the Engineering team into the Operations environment without negatively impacting system stability. This role will be also responsible for tracking enhancement implementation according to the agreed schedule and notifying the relevant Engineer of potential risks.
To succeed in these roles, you must have a solid background in project management, essentially with large, complex projects and significant experience in the daily monitoring, tracking and control of such projects. Ideally, your experience will be gained in a Finance, Healthcare or Oil & Gas Company, you are suitably qualified, have a collaborative style, and are a highly motivated, results driven individual.
