Working with the Site Area Manager you will be the point of contact on site and represent the project by ensuring the coordination of interfaces and relationships are managed to an exceptional standard. An integral component of the role is to provide visible leadership in the areas of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a blend of design and construction experience in major civil, infrastructure and/or material handling projects, ideally with 5-7 years experience in the resources sector. Your experience will have been gained in both the contracting and EPCM environment, with client experience an advantage.
Through your experience you will have gained a solid level of engineering and contracting competence, a strong understanding of construction, sound decision making skills and demonstrate a proactive, practical approach. Representing the Owners Team you will require excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, ability to think and plan strategically and work within a team as well as lead others to success.
Engineering qualifications are preferred, ideally in the civil or mechanical discipline.
