Think Purpose
By managing the whole of process comprising strategic sourcing, contracts management and operational supply excellence initiatives, you will drive performance and success through optimisation of Nickel West’s complete supply chain. As a senior manager within the business, you will also provide the direction and leadership to a large and diverse team.
Think Requirements
With a strong supply management background, you’ll have had demonstrable success in managing the supply chain, ideally within the resources sector or other heavy industry. You’ll know what best practice looks like and have the commercial acumen to be able to critically review and challenge in order to identify opportunities.
Your communication style must enable the development of productive relationships at all levels and you must have a passion for developing your team as well as yourself.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline will be well-regarded as will experience in complex supply management.
