An International Consultancy requires a Principal Environmental Engineer for their Moscow office. Duties will include consulting on projects for Russian clients and undertaking studies related primarily to the mining industry, including: project permitting for operations, reclamation and closure and specialist consulting for assignments such as due diligence assessments.
The successful candidate will have a secondary qualification in Geology, Geochemistry, Engineering or Environmental Sciences with at least 15 years of relevant experience within the mining industry. The candidate will also be expected to establish and maintain client relationships, and work effectively in a team environment. This position requires strong networking and communications skills, and sound interpersonal capabilities. Knowledge of Russian an advantage.
In addition to a competitive salary, a performance bonus, accommodation allowance, and shareholding opportunities in the company will be offered. Commuting arrangements may be accommodated where this is feasible.
