We are a technical Engineering & Construction recruitment company with 7 divisions covering the following markets:

BUILDING | PROPERTY | INFRASTRUCTURE | RAIL | MINING | POWER | OIL & GAS

Each division is staffed up with experienced recruitment consultants. We are now looking to undergo a graduate recruitment drive with roles starting in January/February 2010.

Have you studied engineering (Not IT related) in either of our markets?

Are you interested in looking into a non technical career but at the same time staying within the industry?

Recruitment is a fast paced sales & service industry. We are an integral part of the engineering project lifecycle. We offer our clients the ability to confidently tender for work knowing we can source key skill sets for them when awarded.

We are looking for well educated, articulate and competetive individuals.

We will provide full training over a 3-6 month period. You will be working in a live environment alongside an experience recruitment consultant acting as a mentor.

The role involves developing relationships with engineering & construction companies as well as engineering & construction personnel. Our aim is to train you to become a top consultant with the ability to develop new business, enhance existing business relationships, advertise, interview, debrief, consult and become a true professional.

We offer a base salary and an excellent commission scheme that is only capped by your levels of enthusiasm and ability to learn.

We work from a newly refurbished office with breakout rooms including playstation 3 and an outdoor table tennis table.
