UG Mobile Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities include: The successful candidate will supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in a safe and effective manner. Actively promote a safe work environment and ensure that MSHA and company policies and procedures are adhered to. Seek and recommend appropriate innovations to systems and processes. Establish performance standards and address any developmental needs. Other duties as assigned.

SELECTION CRITERIA

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:

• Five (5) years diesel mechanical experience required
• Three (3) years experience working in maintenance supervisory or lead role demonstrating increasing responsibility required
• Ability to work collaboratively under pressure to achieve objectives required
• Experience with computerized maintenance tracking systems preferred
• High level of effective organization, interpersonal and communication skills required
• Excellent safety and attendance record required
