GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Position duties: Provide overall leadership and direction of the processing staff to ensure the processing plant meets its production targets safely, environmentally and cost effectively. Oversee the refinery, metallurgy, assay and processing staff. Responsible for all assaying, processing and ore production for BMM. The department is also accountable for all metallurgical testing and optimization of all existing and new ore bodies.

SELECTION CRITERIA
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:
.
• Minimum of ten (10) years experience in gold processing preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy or related field required.
• Prior experience in supervisory role required.
• Ability to communicate orally, in writing and through formal report writing required.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships required.
• Prior experience in project management role as well as experience performing risk analysis required.
• Prior experience performing financial analysis required.
• Ability to use computer programs (including Microsoft Office) required in the Process area.
