Ideally you will:

* Have 10+ years experience in a similar role
* Have experience in projects over $10 million in value
* Be knowledgeable of the WA Construction industry
* Have commercial / retail construction experience
* Strong problem solving ability
* A solid understanding of OHS procedures
* Be degree qualified in Building and Construction or come from a trade background with relevant experience
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with profit and commercial orientation.
* Strong leadership and communication ability
