With diverse projects spanning large scale government, high rise apartments, commercial, industrial and fitout, in all states, this highly competitive company have an extensive list of projects currently underway in Victoria alone. A position has opened for a professional finishes foreman with excellent experience in not only quality commercial fitout, but both high rise apartment and commercial construction. Initial projects will have you involved on a $30M project and require a strong eye for detail and an ability to coordinate between on site trades and the senior site manager You wil ahve excellent OH&S standards and an ability to work in with a well strucured organisation. Located in an excellent pocket in Melbourne inner suburbs, the project is ready for an experienced and capable candidate to take ownership and run all finishes in this very interesting project. As a finishes foreman you will have had direct exposure to finishes within large scale projects in a similar Tier 1 Melbourne builder.
