Electrical Maintenance Superintendent

Our client, a multi-national and diverse organisation has an immediate opportunity for experienced and trade qualified Electrical Maintenance Superintendent to manage maintenance activities associated with their fleet of electric-drive haultrucks.

Role Accountabilities:

* Technical decision-making, by providing guidance by example to subordinates based on proven techniques
* Communicating with international mining customers on work in progress and monitor the status of W.I.P
* Producing technically accurate reports to support warranty, service exchange, general revenue and or disputed claims
* Develop, supervise and train staff through formal and informal training
* Carry out duties as assistant Project manager when Project Manager is off site
* Monitor KPI’s
* Ensure compliance to site safety and environmental management plans
* Provide input into long and short term planning for the MARC

To be considered for this opportunity you should possess the following skills and experience:

* Qualified HD Fitter, High Voltage Electricina or equivalent
* Sound technical knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
* Hold a current drivers license
* Good communication and negotiation skills
