Our client is an Australian mining company with an expanding portfolio of assets in a world-class province and significant potential for growth. They seek to appoint an experienced General Manager as they embark on the development of their flagship operation in Africa.

As General Manager you will

* develop and motivate a dedicated team to long-term success and growth
* be highly motivated and results driven with demonstrated results in successfully managing mining operations
* possess a successful track record in developing greenfield sites
* have experience interacting with external stakeholders, government and local community representatives
* be culturally mature with the ability to lead a culturally diverse workforce.
