Finishing Foreman

Our client, a Tier 2 leading contractor, is seeking a Finishing Foreman (m/f) to assist in the completion of a project.

The project, based close to the Melbourne CBD consists of a refurbishment of student accomodation. Our client require an individual who has previous experience in this type of environment and capacity. You will be expected to drive the various labour & trades in order to get the project completed on time and on budget. The project has approximately 5 months remaining and hence the reason for this requirement. The successful applicant will need to be driven whilst having the ability to work with the various on-site staff. The project is valued at $5m and you will need to have previous experience on similar valued projects.You will be reporting directly to the Site Manager.

This requirement is of particular urgency. Our client are only offering a temporary contract as this project has only 5 months remaining. However, there may be opportunities to stay on contract due to the vast amount of projects they are winning.
