C.J. Stafford & Associates, leaders in International executive search for the mining, construction and engineering sectors, are pleased to be working with a leading engineering firm in Saskatchewan to identify the top Lead Process Engineers in the field of Potash.
The Lead Process Engineer in the mining division will work with other engineering groups out of the Saskatoon office and be responsible for providing engineering expertise, group leadership and technical support on a variety of client projects across Canada and Internationally.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering. Your experience will encompass 10 years of Metallurgy/Process Design experience and it will include direct involvement in Potash projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills to function between team members, departments and client interface.
The position has a high level of responsibility and its varied engineering assignments require general familiarity with a broad range of engineering issues and knowledge.
