An international leader in underground coal production is currently investing at innovative new drilling technology to conduct gas drainage on underground coal producing mines and is seeking to create a key role responsible for selecting and delivering advanced drainage technology.

You will investigate, evaluate and trail new drilling technologies on operational mining sites and develop comprehensive rollout plans aimed at minimising operational impacts on production and develop strong relationship with drilling contractors to onboard the new technologies implemented.

You will be a strategic thinker with strong program management skills and the ability to influence and get commitment from key stakeholders. Your strong operational skills and knowledge in drilling, production or completions along with advanced knowledge in industry research and development will see you succeed in this role.
